Al Mostadama (Al Mostadama ) is a Saudi-based supplier of industrial plastic machinery, equipment, and spare parts. The company offers a range of precision-engineered machines—such as bag cutters, film machines, industrial printers, recycling equipment, and associated components—designed to support growth in the plastic and packaging industries.

In an increasingly competitive, data-driven business environment, manufacturers and suppliers must optimize operations, improve customer engagement, and streamline internal processes. This project focuses on integrating Al Shaya Plast’s existing digital platform (alshayaplast.com) with enterprise systems such as ERP, inventory management, CRM, and sales automation tools. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility across departments, and deliver a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers.
